## Commercial Cleaning Clients

At Two Bettys, we love helping local [small businesses and nonprofits](https://twobettysclean.com/cleaning-services/commercial?hsLang=en) keep their spaces sparkling clean and comfy for their staff, customers, and visitors.

Hiring a commercial cleaning service like Two Bettys — even if we only come once or twice a month — helps you:

| - Make a great first impression - Create a healthier workplace - Improve employee productivity and morale | - Use your time more effectively - Get better results with professional expertise - Save money over the long term |

The benefits of hiring a commercial cleaning service go beyond keeping your space clean. It’s an investment in your employees, your customers, and your company’s reputation, and it frees up your time to focus on growing your business.

## Adjusting Your Cleaning Schedule

Need to adjust your commercial cleaning schedule? We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Simply

###### reach out to our team

and together we’ll find a time that works for you and your cleaner.

That being said,

###### we don’t recommend changing your schedule too often, as a reliable schedule benefits both you and your cleaner.

Keeping a consistent schedule helps cleaners maintain consistent hours and income. This consistency helps us keep the most professional and committed cleaners (i.e., the ones you want cleaning your space!) on staff.

## Event-Related Schedule Changes

- ###### Need to change your scheduled cleaning time temporarily for an event? Let us know a week in advance.

If a big meeting or event will overlap with your scheduled cleaning time, please give us a week’s notice so we can reschedule your clean so we’re not vacuuming while you’re PowerPointing.
- ###### Want a full clean before or after a big event?

We can help! Please give us a week’s notice before you want us to get scrubbing, so we can coordinate schedules.

### Two Bettys Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide you with regularly scheduled cleaning services, and we hold that spot just for you on a cleaner’s schedule! We also appreciate that life happens.

###### If, very occasionally, you need to change your scheduled clean due to a conflict, before we cancel the clean we ask that you first work with us to reschedule it.

If rescheduling isn’t possible, please review the key aspects of our cancellation policy set in place to protect cleaner hours while simultaneously making every attempt to be adaptable to the curve balls that can occasionally get thrown your way.

- ###### If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice

and rescheduling the clean is not an option, we will provide a credit to your account.
- ###### If your cleaner is locked out of your office at the time of your clean

, you will be charged for the full clean.
- ###### If you cancel the clean with less than 24 hours’ notice

and we are unable to reschedule your clean, you will be charged for the full clean.
- ###### If your clean is canceled due to inclement weather

and we are unable to reschedule your clean with us, you will be charged for the full clean.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please reach out to your Two Betty’s Service Team via email at [info@twobettys.biz](mailto:info@twobettys.biz) OR Text 651.478.2248 // Call 612.720.8768

We thank you for helping us protect our cleaners’ wages while we also work hard to ensure you are thoroughly pleased with the service you are receiving!

## How To Pay Your Bill

### When You’re Billed

- ###### After your service has begun, you will receive your first invoice.
- ###### Future invoices are sent on the 1st of each month.
- ###### You can pay invoices through either your client portal or the link in your emailed invoice.
- ###### We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and checks.

*Please note:* Our invoices are automatically generated, and we audit invoices daily to ensure there are no errors. If chosen, automatic payments are processed instantly the day after the clean has happened.

*Credit Card Fee:* A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. You may avoid this fee by paying with a debit card or bank transfer.

### Payment Method

- You can

  ###### pay each monthly invoice manually

  .
- ###### Prefer auto pay?

  [Contact us](https://twobettysclean.com/contact?hsLang=en) to sign up.

### How Your Monthly Rate Is Determined

- ###### We base your monthly rate on the estimated length of your cleans and the frequency of your cleans

. To give you a consistent, simple billing experience, we calculate the total cost of your cleans for the year and divide that by 12 to get your monthly rate.
- ###### Your bill at the beginning of each month is for all the cleans that will happen during the remainder of that month

. So you’re paying in advance, rather than paying after the cleans.
