How to Pay Your Bill
- Once you have been confirmed to start service, we’ll send your first invoice. If during your first month you receive fewer than a full month’s worth, we’ll prorate your initial invoice to reflect this.
- We invoice our commercial clients at the beginning of each month. You’ll be billed for the same amount each month (unless you request changes to your service).
- You can pay each monthly invoice manually, or contact us to sign up for auto pay.
How is my monthly rate determined?
- We base your monthly rate on the tasks to be completed at each clean and the frequency of your cleans. To give you a consistent, simple billing experience, we calculate the total cost of your cleans for the year and divide that by 12 (months) to get your monthly rate.
- Your bill at the beginning of each month is for all the cleans that will happen during the remainder of that month. So you’re paying in advance, rather than paying after the cleans.
If you cancel a clean following our Cancellation Policy, we’ll credit your account for the cost of that cancelled clean.
Is Stripe safe? I don’t want my info to be stolen by scammers!
We don’t want that either! That’s why we chose Stripe as our payment processing partner, because they take strict security measures to keep your data safe. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payment industry. Rest assured that your information is secure.
You mentioned auto pay… how do I do that?
- To enroll in auto pay, simply pay your next invoice with the card you would like to use for automatic payments. Then come to the Quick Service Actions form to opt into auto pay, and we’ll take care of everything else.
- By the way–we love auto pay. It allows us to pay our cleaners and bills on time, and spend fewer hours manually processing invoices.
I’m not getting my invoices.

Should I tip my Betty?
A core value of Two Bettys is putting our cleaners first, so we pay them a living wage. A gratuity for every service is not necessary or expected, but is always welcome. We have clients who give their cleaner a tip, gift, or special treat at the end of the year or after an exceptional clean. If you do want to tip, please give it directly to your cleaner. Don’t include a monetary tip with your invoice payment.
