In the words of founder Anna Tsantir, “Servant leaders are more like a captain and less like a boss. They’re looking at the long view and organizing, planning, and budgeting for the road ahead. The main intention of a servant leader is not for material possession or ranking, but a desire to serve and support.” This leadership style underpins everything we do. The leadership comes from the need to serve, not the other way around.” #### Leadership ## Adi Tam: CEO Adi joined Two Bettys in 2020 as the Commercial Manager and has grown alongside the company, taking on a variety of leadership roles before becoming Chief Executive Officer. With a background in hospitality and experience across operations, sales, and business strategy, he brings a well-rounded perspective to leading the organization and supporting its continued growth. As CEO, Adi is passionate about building a people-first culture where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. He believes that when team members have the right training, tools, and opportunities to grow, they can deliver an exceptional experience for every client. Adi is inspired by the positive impact Two Bettys has on its employees, clients, and the community. Today, Anna continues to disrupt business as usual. She practices servant leadership at Two Bettys and is a fierce advocate for workers and families, racial equity, and economic, social, and environmental justice. When asked what she enjoys most about her work, Anna says, ###### “I love everything about the work we do here at Two Bettys — both on-site green-cleaning clients’ homes, and behind the scenes investing in our amazing employees and helping create a more sustainable future.” Sustainability is a lifestyle for Anna. She’s passionate about spring foraging, composting, landscaping with native plants, and helping people learn how to reduce indoor air pollution by choosing non-toxic cleaning products.
